Position Description

A healthcare organization in New York City is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their growing skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Queens.

About the Opportunity:

  • Shift: Days, Evenings, or Nights
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (every other weekend required)
  • Hours: 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am
  • Setting: Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility

Responsibilities:

  • Administering and documenting resident care
  • Assigning and supervising LPN/CNA workflow
  • Conducting shift rounds and addressing patient needs
  • Implementing physician orders & therapeutic treatments
  • Participating in care plan development and revisions
  • Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Nursing experience
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Experience in Long-term Care settings
  • Supervisory skills
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptability in high-pressure environments

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Ventilator experience
  • Experience with high-acuity residents
